We do not accept Credit Cards Issued outside the USA
Sorry, but we cannot accept foreign issued Credit Cards as payment for orders because of our inability to verify the information due to privacy laws and other security considerations. We use PayPal.com for our shopping cart and credit card input. This is a completely secure way of ordering. We accept USA-issued VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Plus if you have a Verified PayPal account you may pay using your Bank Account.

Shipping to Alternate Name or Address
If you want shipping to someone other than the Cardholder, or address other than the Billing address, you will have to CALL the Customer Service phone number on the back of your credit card and ask to have that Name and Address added as a note to your credit card. This is a common request and all cc companies allow you to do this. Only the cc holder can get an alternate name and address added which protects both you and us as merchants from credit card fraud- someone using your stolen card nos and ordering a product sent to them without your knowledge. We will call your cardholding bank for verification in 24 hours from receipt of your order and if this info is not listed the order will be placed On Hold pending verification.

Returns: All returned merchandise for repair, replacement, or refund must be in the original manufacturer's box plus be packed and double-boxed just as we shipped it to you. All original packing materials, accessories, etc. must be included. A note saying what is wrong with the player, who it is from, what you want done and all contact info (return shipping address etc.) must be included in the box. Please call for return authorization prior to returning anything.
